These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the motomotos Mac application and related website operated by the independent developer of motomotos (“Operator”, “we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

motomotos is closed-source Mac software that provides a Dynamic Island–style status surface, widgets, and related utilities for compatible Mac computers. Features may change as the App is updated.

2. License

A paid lifetime license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on up to three (3) Macs that you own or control, for as long as we continue to offer the Mac product line.
The lifetime license includes future Mac updates we release for this product line; it is not a guarantee of perpetual feature parity with future operating systems we may choose not to support.
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where prohibited by law), or publicly share the App binary or license keys.
A free trial (currently 10 days) may be offered. Trial terms can change; the App will show the active trial status.

3. Price and payment

The listed price for the lifetime license is USD $4.99 (one-time), unless a different price is clearly shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Creem or another payment provider named at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Refunds

If the App materially fails to launch or activate after purchase and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, contact support@motomotos.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund review. Refunds for change-of-mind after successful activation may be declined. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in license revocation.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass licensing, interfere with others’ use, or use the App in violation of applicable law.

6. Third-party services

Optional integrations (for example music apps or AI tooling hooks) are governed by those third parties’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

7. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation on every Mac configuration.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE APP OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Termination

We may revoke a license obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this website. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance, except where local law requires additional consent.
